Via Audio

For all you students who go to Binghamton University, they’re having a free show tomorrow in the Old Union Hall. There are three bands playing, The Tins, The Turbines and the headliner, Via Audio. To be honest, I’ve never heard of any of these bands before but I decided to check out Via Audio. After listening to some tracks from their first album, I sort of feel like the whole thing sounded like a long lullaby. It wasn’t boing, just the vocals seemed to maintain the same flawless tone in each song. Most of the songs are pretty chill, something I could do homework to but others like “Presents” have got some great beats. They released a single called “Babies” from their new album that comes out in March that I really enjoyed. It’s got some disco influences that make me really curious as to how their sound has evolved. I’ll definitely check them out as well as the other opening bands. The tracks below are the ones I liked best.  If your interested, come to the Old Union Hall at 7pm. It’s free, so why not?
